 We have a "love/hate" relationship with Lisa Porada, the dessert architect behind Chocolate Carousel, the gourmet dessert shop she runs with her husband John. Located in Wall NJ. You see, we love her because her cakes and desserts are absolutely fantastic, but about three minutes into our recent podcast we were both starving!! They are located in Wall NJ, but their gorgeous wedding cakes and desserts are found at weddings all over the New Jersey, much to the delight of the wedding guests! Her enthusiasm for creating your perfect, amazing wedding cake is absolutely infectious so call her. Call her now (she books up fast!!) but don't call hungry! You'll be sorry!!
